Aww, went up 4lb and total today is 154lb. But I don't see my stomach, leg, or any body parts getting bigger in terms of flabs or squashy with fat but it is kinda more stiff. Well either the weight training stuff really works and or something is wrong with my body....
 
Well, I weigh in only once a month. Today I am down only 4 lbs for the month. I'll have to check my portion sizes.

I know we want to slow, but I'd like to make it at least 1 1/2# per week . . . .
 
Here's one for you...
This morning, I reported there was no loss for the week.

Tonight, I stepped on the scale... BAM! down 3lbs (1.36 kgs). If it holds until tomorrow, I am counting it towards the 10 lbs challenge... :rofl:
