The 3.07 is not shown as there were some issues with it, so they removed it to discourage people from using it. PM me your email for the v3.07.

Hey all.
I just got the HD Icon net ready, and did 6 dives whit it before I updated it to the new firmware 4.0, whit out any problems at all.
But since I updated the firmware, I have had all kinds of problems whit the unit.
First problem is when I recharge it, when it reaches 100%, the computer goes in to deco violation, and shows current dept. 150m, and the screen flashes on and off and I can do nothing to it, once the power is down to 98%(or below) I can go into dive settings and delete the, violation and the computer works again.
If I only recharge to 99%, nothing goes wrong, but I have lost all the dives that was in the logbook, and one dive wasn’t recorded at all.
I the wanted to go back to the old firmware, but Dive organizer won’t let me install the firmware that is available on Mares homepage 3.04, it says I need 3.07, ant that is the only firmware it will let me go back to.
So now is my question, has any of you others had this problem?
Does any of you know where I can get this firmware, can’t find it anywhere.
Or does anyone have it and maybe could send it to me so that I can see if I can get my unit back working
All help would be appreciated.

Thats just a shame I upgraded and did 15 dives in Belize last week just love the new software even with the oversized warnings (like tank warning takes up half the screen).

Well I wanted to update everyone on the Mare Icon HD Net Ready after the 3rd Transmitter I have had was further tested. I arrived in Bonaire on Oct. 4th. I did 13 dives during the week that went flawlessly with the new transmitter and firmware version 4.0. However, (unbelievable) on the 14th dive the wheels came off. I hooked up my regulator, pressurized the tank and then no readout on the computer for psi. Checked the pairing. I was still paired. Turned off the tank, bled off the air and re-pressurized again. Still no read out. So I had to dive without a Tank Integration readout and used my console. A warning message came up about 5 min. into the dive "No Signal". I was pissed. Yet another failure. Tried later that day to get a reading on a tank. No success. That night I changed the battery in the Transmitter. I went back down the dock to hook up to a tank. Still no readout. I re-paired the Icon to the transmitter and it started to show a readout. Ok, problem solved for now. Next morning boat dive, I pressurized the tank no readout.. ****. I tried again, right before the dive master cleared us to enter the water, this time I had a reading that lasted the whole dive. The week was over and time to come home. No more opportunities to see if the problem appeared again. I guess I will have to see what happens when I dive again next year. This will probably become my back up computer to a Scuba Pro Sol because I am tired of the unreliable performance every time I go on a dive vacation.

I have exactly the same issue. Appears paired sometimes shows air on icon but only if I put it right next to transmitter and sometimes not even then. I tried two new batteries but since I bought them last year overseas I'm not certain they are new and no voltmeter here. My display just stuck on wait and once in a while shows full tram mutter battery and nothing else. I moved the transmitter to same side of my body no difference. This is the new black edition I bought in August I never had this problem with my original net ready. The new icon worked great in my pool dive. Now in Belize it fails. Any ideas?? I did just update to 4.1 I'll dive tomorrow and see if this matters.

@carlito35
Which gen transmitter do you have? Does it have any text on the ring around the connector? If no, it's an old gen transmitter, and should be changed by Mares as it has a poor power management/connection capabilities.
If there's text around the connector it's a new gen transmitter. I would suggest removing the battery, reseting the icon, inserting battery in the transmitter, and pairing again.

Mine is the newer type with numbers. As I said bought new two months ago. I understand all you suggest but reset the icon. Mine has no factory reset option under settings. Are you suggesting I remove the icon battery to reset it?

Update I upgraded the firmware from 4.0 to 4.1 made no difference to the no air capacity showing. If I put the wrist unit up against the transmitter it reads fine. When I move it even 6-12 inches away it drops the signal. It does show the transmitter battery is full three bars. Seems like a faulty transmitter??

I upgraded to 4.1 and having new paring issues. I have three transmitters and they pair but NO pressure information is being displayed. I've changed the batteries... Now what?

Hello divers, I was very happy to update to 4.0 ... Unfortunately, then worked my display not correctly. The same with the data transfer to the transmitter. Also the update to 4.1 could not help. Now I am looking after the 3:07 version. Unfortunately without success. Can you help me please? Greetings from Germany

When I returned from Belize tonight I put a voltmeter on one of the batteries I used that would not produce a signal beyond putting the wrist unit right on top of the transmitter. It registered a nice strong 3.2 even though I bought it over a year ago in Roatan. So its definitely not the battery. I presume now my problem is a bad transmitter. Anyone else rule out everything and needed a new transmitter to fix?

Anyone know how to contact Mares for transmitter replacement I did not buy from my local dive shop

So update my dealer sent icon transmitter back and mares whined that I opened transmitter (two very clear Phillips screws) to try new battery. . Are you kidding me? Mares voided warranties for me trying to check battery on their $1500 retail computer that is failing in first dive trip two months after I bought it? Turns out transmitter is fine Computer is bad.

If I knew mares would void warranty for me user replacing battery on dive trip to third world country where their nearest dealer is 900 miles away I would have told mares to F*** off and buy something else. I mean that just downright stupidity.
