At @$870 USD, still an expensive proposition. Seeing one for sale and being able to buy one are often where the difficulties begin.

Yeah! I was just stating that it is offered! I have no clue on how hard it is!

I came across that tread looking for a reg set and read the 31 pages just because I like to nerd out on piece of equipment, I don’t know crap about dive gear yet and I learn so much reading all of you!

So far I’d love to go for a mk19 paired with a G260 but I will take the time to learn more.

SP have things pretty well locked down geographically unfortunately, but I'm always up for a challenge. I totally get the nerding out on equipment, I probably spend as much time doing that as actually diving, probably more, gotta fill the long winter days with something.

Yeah!

I’m hoping to see one in the flesh tomorrow as I fly to Paris for the “salon de la plongée”

Perhaps you could detour via Portugal and pick some up.

That detour would probably cost me the price of the d420... (and maybe including the mk19)

Talking about Paris, the D420 with a mk25 is listed at 769 euros with vat included in some French website.
