Depending on the bottom sediment...I have used a Turkey baister, as a JET to move small sediment....try an Underwater metal detector to locate metalic items., and the sounding response will give you an estimate on the depth of the object....then detirmine your approach....a small DRYWALL...

Try Anthony`s Key Resort, in Rotan Hondurras...you can find them on the web... they have all types of cabannas on the water, all inclusive packages, and lots of diving and snorkling...they do the international dolphin studies there....I`ve been twice and loved every minute. see ya` under

while working on an underwater submersable pump and electrical system I forgot to check my orientation with the compass, and inadvertantly cut the electrical feed too short, thinking I was cutting it long, that caused problems, as I had to repull the entire wire , as there are no splices...

You should be able to send it to the manufacturer and get it repaired, most honor their warranties, and will repair for free on glue and stiching...my ALEEDA wetsuit , which I had for 13 yrs now, finally failed me in the Caribbean, and after I contacted them via email, they were happy to repair...
