I took the AOW class and I got a little bit from it but not enough for me to have seen it to have been valuable enough to pay for. The only reason I took it was because I got it free for buying all of my equipment from the same diveshop I took my OW through. I did enjoy it because I learned how...
Yes this is very pitiful diving habits but who could actually say something and as most DM are so egotistical you cant say anything to them with out being made to look like a idiot because you dont have the same c-card as them. Just my 0.02

I am a very strong christian and I do believe in evolution. I mean it has been proven to an extent. Do I believe that a bird ca turn into a diosaur no. Do I believe that a birds beak can start taking on a little different shape because he ird needs it to open nuts rather than catch bugs sure. I...
Another thing to try is to go to your local health food store and buy a couple of ear cadles. They will help out alot. It sucks all of the wax out of your ear ad if you cut it open after your done you will be amazed at what will come out.
There was a thread in the accident forum where a guy got a DCS hit when he dove to 30 ft. of water. He had o go to a recompression chamber. It messed him up pretty bad.

I think I will just keep selling cars everyday and dive on weekends. And CJ I hope you prove the othe 200,000 Instructors and Dive Masters wrong. But from the looks of things you just have big dreams and maybe it will work out for you but just don't quit your day job.
That is very sad and kinda hits close to home as I am about the same age. I am 20 and it seems like this kind of stuff is happening more often to younger divers. It is very sad and I send my condolences to his family.

I have been to 100 Ft. and unless you get narced You will not know the difference in 100Ft. and 30Ft. Alhough that is just my opinion. But as for going deep I love to read about it and read stories about the guys who have gone deep. But me I will probably never go past 130 Ft.
