All of Nakhon Ratchasima has been declared a disaster area as cold weather now prevails in all of the northeastern gateway province's 32 districts. Provincial governor Chuan Sirinantporn said on Tuesday he had declared the whole province a disaster zone. The temperature had continued to drop since New Year. The lowest temperature in the province this morning was 18 degrees Celsius, according to the Meteorological Department.

I was diving the South Jetty in Newport/Yaquina Bay, Oregon last Friday. 46ºF - that's "Brrrr"!!! I am so looking forward to Thailand - especially since it also looks like Burma will open up soon!!!!
