Reason #1001: Flying Thai out of BKK in First Class you get a royal treatment. Personal check-in, escort through security, buggy ride to First Class lounge, private room in the lounge. Not to mention an hour worth of Thai massage in the spa across the hall before the flight.

Did you mention fresh water diving at the reservoir in Khao Sok national park?

I mentioned under Reason 39: fresh water cave diving.
I guess Khao Sok falls in that category.
The main thing fresh water divers in Thailand do seems to be cave and cavern diving and exploring submerged villages and trees.

I've been diving for golf balls in the fresh water "lagoons" in BangTao, Phuket.
Maybe that's another reason??? :rofl3:

That indeed is a fine reason.
But your numbering skills are terrible.

It should be reason #85.

Reason #86: The kids can do a "Bubblemaker" course in the pool, your wife can have a pedicure and manicure and you can have a relaxing Spa treatment and you ALL have a great day.

I put it at #1001 because it has nothing to do with diving per se.

:)

But I did experience the aforementioned treatment last November and loved it!

I just wish they would have allowed me go diving off beach of JW Marriott in Phuket. I bet I could find some interesting things there.

I'd never trust my kid to a local bubblemaker, my wife does not care for pedicures or manicures (clippers and emery boards work fine for her) and I have no use of Spa treatments ... it all sounds like a bore and a waste of time. We want world class diving, with an extreme shortage of unctuous, under-trained, dive center assistance.

Some people deserve to be at the most islolated place on Earth. :idk:

It is a privilege, not a right!

Tell me more!

It doesn't have to be per se diving related.

The nice thing about coming to Thailand is that besides the diving there are so many other cool things to do.
