Hi Zak, Phil -

Unbelievable, but true - the brand new Nemo Wide you guys sent me in Antarctica in April has now failed! It is refusing to load its software. It keeps trying till it kills its battery. The buttons have no effect, it just keeps trying till it becomes a hockey puck.

What, am I cursed? Any suggestions?

I don't understand why you are the one having the issues. Although, I will say I am sorry it is you. This really has not been an issue with our computers. Are you back in the states now? We obviously will warranty your computer. Please drop me a pm to find the quickest solution to your problem.
