Let's see
1. Chasing after air fills
2. Not being able to dive at will
 
Getting up in the morning.

Unpacking gear after the dive.

I don't mind the packing. But unpacking.
 
Wristshot:
=> Not being able to dive the last day at a tropical location because we fly the next day. I hate that!

There are minor annoyances, but no fly time is brutal. Can't make those quick 3-day weekend trips like other activites.
 
Getting up early.
Getting in my wetsuit.
Rinsing, hanging, packing back the gear after a dive and carrying a much heavier bag.

When you have plans of travelling by plane to dive . . . the only hesitation for me to take that trip would be my GEAR. I hate travelling with so much to bring.

BTW one big hassle of diving?? It wrings my pockets dry! Pretty expensive to dive in my country. (that is if you want to go diving weekly)
