Cheap Rental cars - Kaanapali area

Any tips for a cheap car rental in the Kaanapali / Lahaina area? I'm familiar with Kihei Car Rentals but will be staying in Kaanapali area so not sure if that will work logistically.

Any tips for places up that way?

In the Ka'anapali area some of the resorts have car rental offices and on the main road just past the resorts, near Airport Beach you can find more. Typically there will be Hertz, Avis and Dollar. I believe Budget is up there as well.

If you are flying into Kahului you are just as well off by renting at the airport if you are planning on more than 1 day, IMHO.

I would also not count out Kihei. It isn't but a few miles off the beaten path and I believe they even do pickups at the airport.
