Everything checked but not getting thread updates

Same here. I have a bellsouth.net e-mail address and use to get the notifications but not longer do and it seems like I have all the right things checked.

Well, it has been a week and no response. I wonder if they are not getting their updates to this thread

I had to change my notification email addy then switch it back to my bellsouth addy to get the notifications. But, it is messy.. and you might not be able to log onto SB in mess of it all...

I had to switch to using my gmail email address and setup a rule to forward all messages to my pacbell.net account. Now, it seems I'm not even getting the messages in my gmail account.

I have not changed anything, and curiously enough I get notifications of some threads I participate in but not some others. I am not getting notifications of new PMs at all.

Thanks for the call Fri Howard! I did try to return the call but it was much later. I just changed my email address back to my pacbell.net account and it worked! Thanks!!
