You can make a liberal computer more conservative, but, you cannot make a conservative computer more liberal. You can always dive a liberal computer conservatively, i.e. stay further away from NDLs, even if you do not adjust the algorithm.

Sorry I confused you, I'm supportive of your statement. I gave the reader more information, hopefully to aid in the decision process. I have tried before, perhaps generally failed.
