First King of England to be a Certified Diver?

From 15 to 18 July 1966, the then Prince Charles was a guest on a boat called TSMV Roylen Petaj. This boat ran as a dive charter boat out of Cairns in Queensland, Australia, doing trips out to the Great Barrier Reef. I presume that he scuba dived while on this trip. He would have been 17 and presumably this was when he was at school in Australia. He spent two terms at the Timbertop campus of Geelong Grammar School in Victoria.
