Congratulations Andy and I appreciate anything that saves taxpayers money, but I do wonder if the new use for the land will have a positive or negative carbon footprint delta. :D

hmmm...well what will it be used for, anyway?

the plan is to put in a 300-acre commercial park, with space to lease to various businesses (such as FedEx, etc) to have a presence near the airport.

wetlands will be mitigated

The Kraken:

Frankly, I'm surprised you found the time.

Letting the days go by
let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by
water flowing underground
Into the blue again
after the money's gone
Once in a lifetime
water flowing underground.

Same as it ever was...
Same as it ever was ...

(will there be appeals?)

Good for you Andy... it looks like you finally reeled one in! :D

(Yet another gratuitous cave reel reference)

H2Andy:
