I've visited your country twice so far. St Petersburg in 1999 and Moscow, Irkutsk/Lake Baikal and Severodvinsk in Feb 2002. People were cutting holes in Lake Baikal and ice diving. The locals thought they were crazy.

I am curous to try divin in Russia. So far I've been reading russian dive magazines like Octopus and and Dive Club (MGU). Nice!
