What a great course. It wasn't easy but well worth it.

The hardest part I think was getting the person out of the water and onto the shore.

I'm probably going practice some of the excersises with my buddy in the future to perfect them :)

Did anyone else have troubles removing the weight pockets from weight integrated BCDs?

I think that Rescue is the most important class to take. I still get sore muscles thinking about my class, though.

I agree that the Stress & Rescue certification is by far the most strenuous of my advance certifications, but ENORMOUSLY beneficial to my diving confidence and skill set. This class was much more 'real life' training than what was involved in OW and AOW.

...so glad I took it!:) **********:smilie(':)')

congrats! i passed mine a few weeks ago, a very physicaly enduring course, but worth its weight in gold (and damn those were heavy weight belts)

hope your diving is the better for it, i know mine is

Glad to hear that you passed it!! I am still working on mine, doing my pool work to get those skills down pat. OK OK, I haven't been to the pool in awhile...but still you get the ideal, I am a slacker. Again congrates, I know it is a tough cert to get.
