Inner tube for harness -- what size?

Pieces of innertube go on the harness to hold the scout type back-up lights in place. The light clips to a shoulder d-ring then into the innertube which holds it tight to the harness. This way they are out of the way under your arms until needed. Then they can be turned on before being unclipped. works great.

Thats exactly the size I purchased at Wal-Marts, myself and it worked great. Think it cost me like $2.00 and I'll have enough tubing material for years.
