For prerequisites for the DM program, Standards state the following:

Diver Prerequisites:
"Certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and PADI Rescue Diver"

Standards also state that for continuing education courses that have PADI, DSAT or EFR certification prerequisites, the Instructor may accept divers with certifications through other training organizations into a PADI course using the general guideline, and after conducting a knowledge and skill preassessment.

Equivalents to the above DM prerequisites would be:

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver — proof of certification beyond entry-level (at least two certifications total); proof of 20 or more logged dives; documented experience in deep diving and underwater navigation.
PADI Rescue Diver — proof of certification in diving rescue.
EFR Primary Care — proof of current CPR training.
EFR Secondary Care — proof of current first aid training.

So, your certifications may qualify, however it will be up to the individual Instructor to decide.

Hawkwood is of course correct. Additionally, being current for CPR/First Aid courses means within the 24 months prior to DM certification. And fwiw, you also need to be 18 years of age, have 40 dives to start, 60 to finish, and have a current medical within the last 12 months.

Even some instructors have been known to get confused on this subject because the basic EFR and PADI requirements are in the DM Instructor Guide, but the equivalency info is in General Standards and Procedures.

The EFR (or equivalent) should also be current within 24 months to starting the Divemaster course as well (P87 Inst manual 2011), so if the training was taken over an extended period of time, and the EFR was to expire in this timeframe, it would need renewing prior to certification as Knotical states.
