Liqiud Blue was sold 4 years ago.....old news! Could it be Aldora?

Does not sound like Aldora, although they have seven smaller boats and one bigger boat. The bigger boat, Falicity, is 40 ft. You could call Villa Aldora a small hotel, but there is no restaurant or bar.

I know. I was making a point I found it for sale ALSO with no name listed on CL's website.

And I concur. Aldora doesn't match.

Its the 55 foot ocean yacht that has me stumped!

OK @ $1.3M, other than the 55’ yacht and all 7 boats actually operational, I have to agree with the previously mentioned property. The ‘no blue sky’ would fit right in with the new restaurant and dive dock. If so there may be some hurdles between the original, primary, investors from BC and the current holders’ of the previous sale’s outstanding paper.

Yes, but they have a separate listing on that page offering the hotel alone for $4 million.
