Hello everyone I'm switching from a back inflate (hollis hd100) to a bp/w. I was hoping for some advice on a proper wing size. I will be using a ss backplate a steel 80 or 100 tank. I dive fresh water quarries and lakes. I wear a drysuit with about 200g undergarment. With my currant bc I wear about 22 lbs of lead. I'm 5'9" about 190. Now I have been looking at the Golem Circular bladder wing with 35lbs of lift and the Oxycheq mach V 30lbs of lift wings am I in the right ballpark for lift or am I way off please any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Ballpark, you're about 28lbs neg, with a drysuit 30lbs wing is fine, up to 40 would be fine as well. Pm Jim Lapenta here on SB, he's got a great "buying a bp/w" article he can email you. Also, second the recommendation for Tobin at DSS.

I use a 40 lbs oxycheq with a steel plate for my drysuit diving.
