I just got a pair of the mini STAs recently and found that after attaching it to my bp and tightening the wing nuts,my STA can still "rotate" about in its position.
I checked my wingnuts and they were already very tight!Anyone with this problem?

....I'd thought about buying some of those mini-STAs, to reduce weight over a full-sized one-piece STA but chose to buy the single-piece STA afterall as I was afraid of encountering the very problem you mention...looks like I made the right choice.

Once a tank is strapped in they don't move. I generally check that they are tight at that point.

Hi scubafanatic, i have not test out my gear with a tank yet...apparently what other forumers told me is that once a tank is strapped in,it doesnt move at all!
