I heard the reefs up in Boynton were better. (less to no algae)

Hey - at least there's publicity in a real newspaper, and that's a major step forward.

Maybe it's not from sewer pipe outlets. Some people said that the algae in my photos is probably from Lake Okeechobee and not from sewer outflow.
 
I agree with you that any publicity is good and I hope they find and correct the cause whatever it is

Keep in mind that South Florida Water Management District frequently opens the locks and allows fresh water from the everglades to flow into the ocean. It could be an aglae from the big lake or the everglades.

As dry as it has been I doubt that they are dumping and water now.
