Yeah, I fully agree - ST is really great.
There'was an accident; where the delivery was not in time due to shipping problem. Joe did the best thing he could do; and promised to refund. Since I received the good completely although late - I though he will refund the different of shipping cost or max. the total shipping cost. That's enough and fair - but what happened - he refund all the purchased cost. I didn't believe. I told him that not my intention to take a benefit from an accident. He still insist and explained that he would like to make the customer happy.
What I want to say - mistake may happen but that make different is how to handle it.
So, I will spend back his refund soon to them .. in fact my daughter just got Jr OW and need a complete gear.

Geez, I was all ready to "defend" ScubaToys based on my great experiences with them. Glad I was fooled by the thread's title!
