Wow, the logo looks great folks! Nice job!
One possible add would be to offset the inside of the porthole with a different color than the t-shirt color. Like looking out a porthole from inside a wreck. Maybe that cool, light blue-green color you see in the great lakes from time to time. Then it wouldn't matter if the logo got printed on a dark shirt, the lakes would still show up good.
Regardless, the logo looks great as is IMO.
