i learned how cold a thermocline can be when your in a 5 mm...and everyone else is in a 7mm farmer john..i also learned my dive buddy has very poor navigational skills...
 
That my wet suit shrunk during the spring/summer...odd how that happened. I guess I wasn't suppose to get it wet.
 
If you lose your snorkel in 5 feet of water due to mask strap failure, hold the mask on and get the snorkel now....Don't go for the spare mask like a dope then start searching....
