What Diving Areas Are Near Optimal In The Fall (~november)?

All,

I'm thinking of taking a diving trip next Fall. What areas should I look at? I understand that this is not the best time for most of the Carribeans. On the other hand I was told that it is a great time for liveaboards in the Red Sea, as this increases the chances to see more sharks. What do people think?
