What do you collect?

Outside of collecting great amounts of dive equipment and related stuff, do you collect anything?
I have been collecting Hot Wheels unopened in the box for almost 40 years and
Chili pepper stuff.

I used to collect guns and knives but have sold off most of the collection. Wish I had kept a couple of the items, most especially a Steyr GB and a Valmet M76 (with full size, non-folding, plastic stock and fore-grip) in 7.62NATO

Used to collect Rubber stamps, but parted from those when I moved, same thing with music boxes....I still have all (100 or more) my cook books though...., that might be what I collect
