Another vote for back-inflation here. Currently I run a Cressi Back-Jac. Love it.
I may add a bp/w setup eventually. I hear so many people who love them, I just want to get a chance to try a couple out.

I prefer a vest style BC, like the Scubapro Sport Classic.
