    Well, sure. Have at those issues. I have plenty of female specific stories I could share. If a man chooses to read them, that doesn't really affect me. If he comments inappropriately, that's more a reflection on him, don't you think?

    Some men have long hair and be looking for solutions. I've seen some men with painted toe nails on dive trips. That's cool. Equipment? Sure...it's been a male dominated industry for a long time. But there is more women specific gear all the time, and I don't just mean pretty patterns and colors. :)

    I guess I am tired of people getting so uptight and touchy about things. "Can't we just all get along...?" LOL

    Yet more proof that the Almighty is male. No female would design her own plumbing to work that way.

    @Francesea I can't find the "Half a Thanks" button...

    Anyway, maybe not such a bad idea. You women appear to be born with an entitlement to rule this planet under cover of "the weaker sex". You gals pretty much nailed it.

    Give us a place to play now and again. :)

    The most man specific thread I can remember involved pvalve and condom catheters while it was both informing and hilarious I doubt it would have been allowed on Scubaboard.

    I just don't get what the big deal is. Maybe because I grew up with brothers and have raised sons. Carry on with your man talk. If it bothers me, I will simply leave the thread. :)

    Weaker sex...lol. There was a line in My Big Fat Greek Wedding..."The man may be the head of the household. But the woman is the neck, and she can turn the head whichever way she pleases"

    Not sure I wholly believe that, but it's cute.

    No big deal at all. Just being stupid and having fun.

    Never went on a "ladies night out"?

    From 16 years of diving, looking at dive mags, sites and forums, I think that most of this forum (and the others) are men's threads, whether we like it or not.

    Now you do prove the point that men need a forum for Men ONLY since men have to hear and survive women bitch, nag and cry that they have to "deal with periods, pregnancies, post-partum issues, hysterectomies, hormonal changes, etc. and need to figure out how they affect their diving and how other people deal with them and that Women's unique issues weren't well represented before the women's forums without people filtering through them who may not have been interested or people just posting jokes or lewd comments diluting serious responses. Just as a lot of unisex equipment appears to be based on male proportions, not everything applies the same way to females"
