XVision Mask

    My mares x-vision just cracked around the plastic frame around the lenses...

    Sounds like there is a serious problem with this mask that Mares should look into. Could you imagine if was to do this when at depth.

    You should take back to where you bought it. I bet they'll pass it on warranty if there are no signs of impact or abuse.

    Agreed Codman. Except the LDS where I bought it is in Ontario and I live in Florida now...thank god it was my backup and I have my indestructible Atomic Subframe as a primary mask :D

    Normally, any authorised dealer sould warranty a product even if you didn't buy it there, as long as you have a proof of purchase (to show it's still covered). Maybe Phil or Zak will chime in to address this point for you.

    At least that's how it is in the bike business.:coffee:
