hang in there, the first 3 weeks are the worst. I used this spray called quit, yes it was expensive but i havent smoked for 8 years now and i have regained my health. it was the best 200 bucks i have ever spent.

Still tobacco free, I rarely find myself thinking or craving them anymore. Now, I have to get my wife to quit.

Good for you, I too am still a non-smoker since November 9th 2004. I like being a non-smoker, and man o man now I know why my wife hated me smoking, smokers stink!
