Wrong. Just like 2nd stage swivels work under pressure, turret does not bind under pressure.

As many regs as I've rebuilt and owned, I've never encountered this problem.

The o ring that scubapro uses was always a different material, translucent amber and very durable. If someone used an off the shelf o ring during a service it probably just barely fit enough to make a seal and wore just enough to leak.
