ok thanks for the help guys, still kinda 50/50 koh tao more diverse with diving sites and weather, Pattaya have good course structures, will proberly make up my mind when i go and have a look around

Yes - 80 to 1 - that would be in one of the 40 or so shops here on Koh Tao !
