Apparently my Tekna gauge bezel uses a hose for its pressure gauge that has a fitting a bit smaller than the port on my new(ish) 1st stage. Would someone please advise?

The gauge itself appears to have the proper thread on it.

Thank you,
Andy

Guessing but you must have a fairly old SPG. The old standard was 3/8-24 (same as the current LP port), the current HP standard is 7/16-20. To use it you have 2 options, replace the hose with the correct size end or use a 7/16 male to 3/8 female adapter ($6ish).

The hose probably needs to be replaced anyways.

Thank you.
