I dont want to jump into this conversation but feel I have to. Did MC stop payment on the entire amount of your purchase.(all your items even the ones you recieved) this is usually their practice not to stop just part of the charge but all of the charge. So if this is what happened then I dont blame them for holding your replacement till you ok the charge, expecially if they credited your account with the non shipped items and then M/C blocked the the original charge. A lot of companies dont have their number on the contact page, they have a contact form but when you go to their FAQ page the number is there. I am not talking about online scuba shops but in general. I do hope that everything gets solved.
