I've got two masks, well make that three to buy this year, including my save-a-dive spare; i'm itching to try out the HydroOptiX mask. 
I'm another left thigh pocket-er.
I actually got to use it once. My buddy was doing a mask clear and ripped the strap off one side of his mask, and with those big blue dry gloves, repairing it was not an option. Before he could figure out what to do, I had placed my spare in his hand and taken his away.
Now he carries one, too.
