Don't water down the baby shampoo.

Toothpaste?
500 PSI on every dive. Every five trips or so, I clean my lenses with toothpaste to get any excess buildup off.
Baby shampoo! Also cuts down on stuff you have to remember for a trip.

The thing about Kraken Spit (baby shampoo) is that you can use it for de-fog, clean your wet suit, clean the inside of your B/C bladder, clean your gear and shampoo your hair . . . and when necessary, soap.
