I had a tank filled at a LDS, did not check the air before I left the shop. Got into the water and had strong oil taste. The shop had just gotten a new compressor. Good thing I was just using the tank to clean the pool. Needless to say I got out of the pool. I let the shop know about the air...
I use a Nitek 3, the buttons work well with thick gloves, and I have no problem seeing the numbers. I dive dry and in water temps from 38-58 range. I know that diverite does not make the Nitek 3 anymore, so the next one will be the HE. But I have had great luck with the Nitek.

I just returned home (last month) from a year in Iraq. So right now I am diving anywhere that it is deep enough. We have a few lakes around here to get some bottom time in, and will be heading to North Fl. in a couple of weeks.

I got back home last month. The diving is good and cold! Dove yesterday at a small lake in the mountains, water temp was a brisk 42 degs., vis was 10ft Great Dive. Stay safe.
