Stages use the left shoulder and left waist D-ring.boogeywoogey:Sorry, where are the d rings for your stages?
Also, you might wish to consider:
1. SMB.
2. Reel for above.
3. Back up lights (optional but at depth its a toy to keep your mind off the rig).
4. Redundant inflator hose...if that HOG comes with double bladder???

SMB and its spool go in the left side pocket, though some people like to clip off to the butt D-ring, which is present.
Back up lights get clipped to the shoulder D-rings and are held in place with a piece of inner tube around the shoulder strap (see here)
One of the principles of a Hogarthian rig is simplicity and the "take only what you need" mentality. Backup inflators are not necessary, but that's a different thread entirely.
