I might be mistaking, but I thought both regulators are made in the same plant. The internals are identical.

In Europe the Legend corresponds with the TX100, except for the price is seems.

Anyone?
 
The second stages share the same parts..the first stages do not.....
 
I have the ledgend I like it. Have not tryed the other one.
