I'll leave it at this. As I said, do what you must. I have 3 customers who have deco bottles and who rarely use them. Two of these guys didn't use their bottle at all for the year. When I VIPd them I had no good reason to remove the MOD 70 labels. By the book I should have, but I opted to use some judgment and not remove them. So if you want to blindly follow "by the book" go ahead, I admire you for doing it. Like most things in life a dose of common cents goes a long way, however, it's lost on many who can see only black and white. Do what YOU need to do.

No one said you cant apply some common sense. Someone made a comment about why they would have to remove stickers and I gave them some reasoning. I personally would make you remove them. That doesn't mean that either one of us is wrong.
 
I have this all figured out!!!!

I think if everyone just used steel tanks we could avoid the whole discussion.
