Also switched to the Hollis F1, great cave fin... Cup is the right size for my rock boot or fourth element hard soles, nice stiff edges for control, not too long or wide as to bump or stir things up as I squeeze thru restrictions. Spring straps are solid and easy to work with or without gloves. They are heavy so you need air in your boots to keep your fins up. I did open up the drain holes a little, I was getting a little suction trying to get them off when doffing on the boat...
