The Jet fin will fit into a carryon bag and allows me to not have to check any dive gear when traveling.

I tried some Quattros. They were too long to fit in my gear bag. The buckles wouldn't stay closed. I got rid of them and went back to my US Divers Rockets. (They are black rubber and similar to Jets.)
 
I used to have regular paddle fins and switched to the Scuba Pro Twin Jets.....
Now I wouldnt go back, i dont get as fatigued, I can go faster, and I have more manuverability.
 
How do splits do in currents - like you would find on deep wreck dives? Do they hold up? I always sort of thought they were kind of a gimic type thing. I don't mean that to be in the wrong way. It was just my interpretation of them....Then again I'm ignorant to them.
