"Jocassee Girl" you looked good on that "news to me" episode with Bill Routh on Headline News if anyone would like to see it I still have it saved on my Tivo

Thanks so much! We had so much fun doing it. :D I also have the clip on my website (the HLN button on the left). Their show just got cancelled! That's really a shame, too. They were the nicest bunch of guys to work with. You can buy a t-shirt from CNN that says "Divers Find Hotel 300 Feet Down" (I saw it on CNN).

I was telling a friend yesterday that I need to get in the water soon. My next two weekends are booked, but I might just have to hit Jocassee in mid-May.

Hi. I'm Darcy from Columbia. Can anyone tell me the location of the graveyard at Jocassee, vis-a-vis the diver's boat landing?

Thanks!

Hi. I'm Darcy from Columbia. Can anyone tell me the location of the graveyard at Jocassee, vis-a-vis the diver's boat landing?

Thanks!

I can't give you exact gps numbers, but roughly if you are standing on the ramp. looking at the wall, the graveyard is slightly to the left about a 1/4 mile or so out. It is marked with an old keg. If you're in a boat coming from the main landing, when you're coming around the corner going towards the wall slow down and look for the keg. It's hard to find, but I dove it twice last year from my buddy's boat.

hey, does anyone know of a place near parris island for ow 'practice' dives? like a spring or quarry? if you do, please pm shirley (sskasser, above, post 55) because she knows someone looking for a practice spot.

Thanks Marci! And anybody else that has the scoop!

See ya soon!
Shirley
