I find the one that is shortest works best for me. Otherwise I become hungry and malnourished near the end of the dive, when minutes to the post dive restaurant count.
 
Baltic Deco and V-Planner. Both programs produce very similar profiles. I never only use one source. I use a predator with VPM-B in water.
