Also, maybe take a drive an hour north to Jupiter... good shark dives this time of year and the reefs are very good. Definitely do the lemon shark dive if you can! Jupiter dive center is pretty good although they are getting expensive. I dove with them last year and the boat trip and 2 nitrox...

I had major back problems for almost 18 months. Multiple hernias, degenerative discs... you name it. I went to several doctors, physiotherapists and massage therapists. I did end up having a surgery as my L5 disc was sort of folded which explains why it kept coming out every 2 months or so...

Nice photos... the composition is great, but when you are editing them in photoshop (or similar editing program) don't use too many filters like the soft coral w/diver as it makes the photo seem unrealistic. Less is more... :)

i use the tongue technique as well... that's how i met my wife. *bah dum bah* Please remember to tip your waitress... no, seriously folks... i get better rings that way vs. other methods. just don't do it if there's a big barracuda standing by... it might think your tongue is a worm...

Or if you want to be more stylish, take along an iPod and use the shiny chrome back to signal with... Oh, and at best, i think the originator of the thread is exaggerating and at worst is flat out hosing us... my $.02

BC: Oceanic Chute 3 - I'm liking it a lot as i just bought it a couple months ago... I've only done about 10 dives on it, but it's very comfortable albeit somewhat bulky for travel. Reg: US Divers Conshelf 21 - I'm happy with it as it's served me problem-free (knock on wood) for 12 years...
