Your post just gave me a brainstorm of an idea. I've got a plastic factory less than 30 miles from me. I also have access to a "side drop" type wagon where the sides can be folded down for easy unloading. I'd bet if I can get them the specs for a mold, they could make positively bouyant sides for that type of wagon so that if it hits the water it will float. I'm going to get on this and see if I can make it happen!
