Mares Dive Computer Tech Assistance

I just took delivery of a Mares Matrix on Friday, charged it up on Friday night, hit the water Saturday no problems, connect it to charge as it was showing on 60% power, nothing stuck on the same time unable to do anything with it.
not so much of a problem i think i can still remember how to use the tables, but what if this happens on a deep dive, this scares me.

In December 2012 i took my Puck Air to my local Dive shop for repair.She sent the unit out for repair.They said the problem can't be fixed so they were going to replace it under warranty.When i heard that i was overjoyed!!!
I was told it would come in January.It's now late February and it hasn't come in.I have an expensive (for me) live aboard trip in mid march and i'm concerned i won't have a computer for it.I have other products of yours that i'm happy with.
could you look into this? Thank you

I just bought my Icon HD Net Ready yesterday. I charged it last night and today I fired it up. It seemed straight forward in operation and after a minute it went into sleep mode. This happened two or three times while I was looking at some tutorials on Youtube. Then it went to sleep(?) and it will not turn on. Battery was at 100% a few minutes prior. Any ideas guys?

took it back to frog at willoughby not a problem in a couple of days they had updated the firmwhear.

Hi, I am wondering if anyone has had any issues with their Nemo Air dive computer? I have had the computer recall dealt with so it is not an issue. I was just in Cuba and only did 9 dives although my computer registered 12 dives overall. On one dive the psi showed only 290psi at the start of the dive them went to 7797ps. The whole dive was screwed. I have 50 dives on the computer so it's relatively new. Anyone have any information that may help?

Mares Icon Net ready air integrated. Worked fine for 119 dives now turn on and log book has zero dives. Info in settings still shows 119 dives and my max debth but log book blank. How can I get this fixed and can I recover the lost dives? I already submitted a support ticket and now after four days NO RESPONSE. HELP.
