Being a supporter used to get rid of all the ads, but but we still get some of the ads now days. I can't remember if it's a bug, something related to the xenforo move or what. I reported it once or twice but ended up having to use adblock+ to get rid of the last of the ads.
Still, it gets rid of most of the ads on the site.
