Jim Lapenta is right--if the IPs of the first stages are set the same, you can mix and match the second stages to your heart's content. Second stages are not real smart--they only react to the intermediate pressure supplied by the first stage and they are not bright enough to figure out what brand the IP is.
I would NOT mix Poseidons with any other brand. Their IPs are set a fair amount lower than others' IPs and most Poseidons except Cyklons are upstream second stages and need propietary hoses and such. Just all around better to keep Poseidons pure, IMHO.
